We are a Hague Approved Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We have successful inter-country adoption programs in Ukraine, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nicaragua, Honduras, Bulgaria, Haiti, and a growing list of other countries. We are also able to provide adoption services for many other countries, including but not limited to Mexico, Russia, China, and Ethiopia. We are a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS). In addition to families interested in adopting a child, we serve expectant mothers considering adoption.
