For Indiana residents, MLJ Adoptions, Inc. will act as your service provider for home study, adoption preparation education, attorney document and contract review, consultations, authentications, readoption, etc; however, your adoption agency will be one approved by Taiwan.

Who Can Adopt from Taiwan?

• Couples married for at least five years are eligible to adopt from Taiwan.
• The adopting parents must be less than 55 years old and older than 25.

Children Available for Adoption

• Both boys and girls are in need of families, but there are often more boys than girls waiting for families.
• All available children have special needs.
• Children are generally of Asian heritage.
