Mark A. Reder is an attorney specializing in international surrogacy arrangements as well as international adoptions.

Mark A. Reder is a graduate of the University of Texas where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Spanish. He received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2007. While in law school, Mark clerked for attorney Michele L. Jackson, a renowned expert in the field of international law. While clerking for Ms. Jackson, Mark handled numerous international adoptions, domestic adoptions, and developed his own expertise in the area of international surrogacy arrangements.

In the community, Mark volunteers for the American Heart Association as well as the Fatherless Foundation.
