MLJ Adoptions, Inc. is happy to serve families across the United States and around the world who are interested in international adoption. We are a Hague Approved Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We have successful international adoption programs in Bulgaria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Honduras, Nicaragua, Samoa, Ukraine, and continue to research future programs.. We also provide adoption services for other countries, including but not limited to Mexico, Haiti, China, and Ethiopia. We are a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS). In addition to helping families navigate the adoption process, we also offer Support Services and support groups for the adoption community at large, even those who are not local to Indiana.
