Julie Conner

Julie Conner works as the Staff Accountant for MLJ Adoptions. She is proud to work with a wonderful group of women committed to helping the most vulnerable children find a loving family. She enjoys seeing children flourish when they receive stability, medical attention and the proper nutrition. Julie’s contributions to MLJ Adoptions’ team ensure that a family’s funds are used responsibly and ethically towards their adoption.

Julie’s favorite part of her job includes having the opportunity to meet the children and their families once they have been united. Serving at MLJ Adoptions’ events, such as the annual picnic, enables her to witness children adopted from several different countries all playing together and growing from year to year.

Being raised by two loving parents and growing up with three brothers provided Julie stability and permanency. Julie has been married to her husband for 23 years. They have a son and a daughter. She loves spending time talking with her children, hearing about their days and learning their perspective on everyday things. As a family, the Conner’s enjoy going to national parks, state parks and zoos.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University’s School of Business. Prior to working at MLJ Adoptions, Julie worked for Simon Property Group, as a tax preparer and Accounts Payable Specialist, and stayed at home with her children.
